Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your membership at The Club at Harbor Point is easy. Here is what you need to know:

-Memberships must be cancelled in writing with 30 days notice. 

-Cancellations take place at the end of the last paid membership month.

-All outstanding fees and account charges are due upon cancellation. 

-Cancelling before the initiation fee has been paid in full may result in an early cancellation fee of $250.

- Memberships are non-transferable.  

-Members are not allowed to use the Club, even as guests, for 90 days after membership has been cancelled.
