The Personal Training Team assists each member in achieving the next plateau of strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, core, and/or agility conditioning.

Fitness Assessment
A one on one 60 minute meeting during which you and a personal trainer will:

  • Review your completed PAR-Q (Physcial Readiness Questionaire)

  • Discuss your exercise interests and goals, and any physical concerns or limitations

  • Use the gathered informaiton to design a specific exercise program that fits your interests and goals

Personal Training Rates

  • $110- One Hour Training

  • $1080- Twelve (12) Training Sessions Prepaid Package ($90/hour)

Group Training

  • $140/hour - 2 People ($70/person/hour)
