Personal Training Background
Roger has years under his belt in the fitness world, working directly with all the major equipment manufacturers in the fitness industry. He has spent the last 25 years as a personal trainer and has become quite accomplished at helping middle- to senior-age clients stay in shape. Roger also enjoys tennis and golf.


Nancy Morano

Personal Training Background
Nancy integrates a variety of training techniques to focus clients in the moment and keep it fun and interesting. She draws from many resources, with nearly 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and a decade of competitive bodybuilding, in which she holds several titles.

Her philosophy is centering from the inside out, starting with postural alignment, balance and strength. It is her belief that variety lessens boredom when training. In 1998 she co-developed “Fit for Living,” a non-profit organization teaching at-risk students self-efficacy and well-being through exercise, meditation, nutritional counseling and yoga.

Tom Rosencrantz

American College of Sports Medicine, USA Triathlon & Cycling coach

Personal Training Background
Tom is adept at helping people reach their goals, no matter the level and how challenging the goal. He is skilled with sport-specific training, helping individuals improve at their desired sport: golf, tennis, cycling, running, triathlons and swimming. He is a National Caliber Age Group Mountain Bike Racer.


Macall Andreas

United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA)

Professional Background
The Club is also honored to have as a teaching pro, Dominican University assistant coach, Macall Andreas. Macall has played tennis for over 20 years. Born and raised in southern California, she competed on her high school and college team.  After graduating with a degree in Communications from Texas Christian University, she went directly onto the professional women's tour (WTA). She reached her highest singles ranking at 377 in the world and 222 in doubles.
